Imel started her active lifestyle journey during her second pregnancy. Her pregnancy cravings at that time include green smoothies, jogging and prenatal pilates twice a week.
She also participated in her first ever 5K run event when she was 7 months pregnant. It was a habit and a passion that she decided to continue after giving birth. 3 years later, she is now a certified Zumba Instructor, TRX Suspension Trainer and PoundPro! She thrives to bring high energy into her classes and create a safe space where people can be free to push their limits and come out feeling they’ve given their best in an hour. To her, exercise is about how it makes you feel afterwards after doing your best. The calories burned is just a bonus!
