Dancing and trying out any kind of sport have always been Deno’s passion since she was a little girl. Started out with ballet, traditional dance, swimming, diving you name it.
She became a professional traditional dancer coach on 2003, training kids and adults for national and international performances, and continue to pursue teaching since then. In the fitness world, she started as a barre instructor and now as a Pound Pro at Sana Studio. Cardio exercises is definitely her favorite type of exercise. As a mother of two, being healthy is number 1 for her, so the children walk through their lives knowing she’ll always be there for them anyway she can.
