Fit Mum & Bub

FitMum and Bub workouts are based on CrossFit principles, with a different set of exercises each day.

We use lots of different equipment and also our own body weight, but don’t expect to find big chunky gym equipment or any mirrors! Our Trainers understand that our FitMum Crew are at different stages post pregnancy and will ensure that everyone is doing the exercises safely and at your own pace.
