Yoga
Engaging class teaches the fundamentals of Vinyasa Yoga including sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core isolation.
Special emphasis is placed on moving in and out of postures safely.

Fit Mum & Bub
FitMum and Bub workouts are based on CrossFit principles, with a different set of exercises each day.
We use lots of different equipment and also our own body weight, but don’t expect to find big chunky gym equipment or any mirrors! Our Trainers understand that our FitMum Crew are at different stages post pregnancy and will ensure that everyone is doing the exercises safely and at your own pace.

Barre conditioning is a dynamic exercise that fuses ballet, pilates and yoga into one. It focuses on toning the body to lengthen the muscles and improve good posture.
Some of the positive impacts that can be physically seen are lean, sculpted and strong body as well as better balance and alignment. mentally, the combination of sweats and up-beat music relieve stress and boost overall mood!
